License
Only one copy of an extension can be used on one Magento installation solely for your own personal or business use. A separate License should be purchased for each Magento installation. Please read the license agreement for more details.

Orot Technologies does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
Warranty
We do not warranty or offer any form of guarantee for materials available on this site. We do not guarantee that our products will work with all third party extensions. Nor do we guarantee that they will function or appear the same in all web browsers. We cannot under any circumstance be held liable for the loss of data or profit arising from the use of materials from this website. Support and bug fixing policy
Orot Technologies offers 90 days of free email support for products purchased from us, with an option to extend the period. Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our extensions. We will try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. To report bugs or request support please contact us.
Software updates policy
Orot Technologies offers 90 days of free updates for products purchased from us. Optionally customers can order extended support when buying the module. Once the 90-day and extended support period is over, it is possible to get an update for 50% of the module price – this includes another 90-day period of free updates and support, with possibility of paid extension for a longer period.
Extension updates are provided only for the Magento version branch, for which the product was purchased. For example, if you buy the extension for Magento 1.X.X, updates and support will be provided only for Magento of 1.X.X version branch. Updates for Magento of 2.X.X versions will not be provided for free even if the period of free updates and support will still be running.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreement that may be entered into by you and the company in connection with a specific product or service of the company, constitute the entire agreement between you and the company in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
